Regarding Frankenstein, Ambleside says, "Please do not shy away from this book based on the way popular horror movies have grossly revised it. Do please give this book a try. If what you know about Frankenstein is based on a movie, you will be very pleasantly surprised."
Which leads me to a problem--trying to find a movie to watch for Frankenstein and Dr. Jekyll. Any suggestions? Unless we can find movies that are true to the books, there is no point in watching them. Also, we will need to change the Lit. class night from Monday to another night, or else have the class at my house on Monday (which is fine for me, but will mean more driving for everybody else). Any suggestions or comments?
